2019 Subaru Ascent
I have now have had the car for 24 months and it has about 30,000 miles on the odometer.
The entire drive train is weak. Missing a six cylinder engine. Considerable turbo lag. The transmission slips creating a jerking startup in cold weather. The dealer says this is normal or they cannot repeat the problem. The turbo seals are failing as noted by white smoke on startup.
I do like … the all wheel drive that just reinforced that the next car I buy will have all wheel drive. Once the current lack of vehicle supply improves, I will be shopping for a new car and it will not be a Subaru.
