Love all but ONE thing...

2024 Mazda CX-50
I recently purchased this car and overall the car itself seems to be great. I have one MAJOR complaint...the MyMazda app. It is so glitchy it's mostly unusable. It takes forever to load and when I want to remote start - it generally takes 5-10 minutes of going in and out of the app in hopes of it working. If I had a remote start button on the fob, it would be no big deal for me. Mazda, … this is ridiculous! You can only remote start using the app but the app consistently doesn't work. After 3 years, theoretically we will have to pay for the app. I'm about ready to spend $500 having an aftermarket key fob that allows remote start. Had I known this issue I would have looked more that the CRV or RAV4...just saying.
