2023 Mazda CX-50
I bought a 2023 Mazda CX-50 2.5 S PREFERRED PLUS about a month ago. It’s a great drive but also a first edition so it’s a little quirky. I like it, but I don’t love it. I’m short but I’ve always been able to adjust a driver’s seat to fit me. I didn’t pick up on this problem during my test drive, so that’s on me. I have heated and ventilated seats, problem is, I’m sitting on a cushion!! … I’m sitting on a cushion to get the visibility that I need as well as garage access swipe and pay windows. Oddly enough, even though I’m short, I also notice the lack of headroom. The key fob is big and flawed design. After finding my hatch open three different times (only alerted by app that it was open once), I bought a fab cover from Amazon, which seem to do the trick. The buttons are on the side and stick out, easily activated on accident. The car does drive like a dream! I’ve gotten used to the dial versus touchscreen for CarPlay. The app is pretty useless, thankfully, it’s free.
Overall, really nice vehicle, I got the black edition, which is very sharp!
