I went to purchase a vehicle listed here on Edmunds (as well as other websites). Doing my diligence, I confirmed availability of the car to be shown over the phone. I scheduled a time to come look at the car. When I get there, the “salesperson” told me they don’t have the car, it must’ve been a mistake! Yeah right, so they lied about it’s availability l. They then tried to tell me they don’t ever actually have these cars. What they would do is go buy them for me, THEN sell them! What?! Absolutely insane. He also then mentioned the car had a “lemon” title and that its smart to buy lemon cars because they are cheaper than clean titles. I thanked them for wasting 2hrs of time time for driving there, and left. Also I sanitized heavily, they weren’t even wearing masks most of the time. This dealership is a scam and they are getting reported to the better business bureau. Shameful

We wanted a Defender that connected with the traditions of the African Land Rover because of family safaris to East Africa over the past 20 years. The Defender 90 does that but only for a start. Beautifully thought-out design, and for power there's a lion under the hood. The "90" is a case of the best old wine in a beautiful new bottle The 2021 Defender earns its accolade as "SUV of the Year." I'm terrible at parallel parking but with six on-board cameras helping, I look like I know what I'm doing. The "90" is a perfect town car, and its off-road capabilities await me. This is the worst dealership ever. The customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for a call back since the night I drove the car off the lot. I purchased my car from Prestige auto. Call numerous time because the check engine light came on when I got home and the car didn't have an inspection sticker. I had to pay the Audi dealer to check to see why the check engine light was on. No reimbursement from the dealership. I know have to pay to get a duplicate registration card because they're going to charge me a few to mail it to mail. I had my tags transferred so there was no need to go an hour and a half back to the dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

I just leased a Land Rover Evoque and I would like this horrible experience. Please buy or lease your Land Rover or Jaguar elsewhere. I built an Evoque online choosing specific options and packages as displayed on the website. I sent it and unfortunately Jean-Paul was the salesman to get back to me. He sent me a few cars to look at which neither had the black rims or black exterior package like I had chose. I told him if he adds those two options and the price is still in my range we have a deal. He got back to me and said we would add the black rims and the exterior package and I sent him over my credit card info and leased the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed neither the rims I saw online where on the car or the exterior package. After many phone calls and a trip back to the dealership to personally show the sales manager that neither the black package or rims are on the car nothing was done about it. The next day the manager emailed me this “ HI Jerry We Make wheels Gloss black witch is the exact same process as the factory at a sizable cost to give our customers the color that want as far as the Black pack the grill was changed the lettering was done, not sure about the back, I am just trying to let you know that we are fair and straight, and care about people feelings when there is a misunderstanding , I would like to offer you a free service and full detail on us, I hope you understand we are not just about the money.
