I have never found it more difficult to spend over $50,000. I offered to purchase a vehicle at full prince over the phone first thing at opening. After multiple layers to speak with an induvial that could actually act upon the offer, I was called back five hours later to be told that someone had came into the dealership and purchased the vehicle before they could speak to their manager. They pushed and pushed for me to come in and test drive, however, I just wanted to purchase and pickup. You only get one first impression and the Napleton Kia of Fishers is poor customer service as best.

Although some managers may respond to comments in a friendly manner, it's important to approach with careful consideration. Prior to my attempted purchase, I had read various comments, but unfortunately, one of the managers I interacted with displayed rudeness and disrespect, which didn't align with the online interactions. It appears that they may be friendly only when they believe there is a financial advantage. Otherwise, the level of respect may be inconsistent. In light of my experience, my advice to others is to thoroughly evaluate their options before deciding to buy a Kia. If Kia is your preferred choice, I suggest seeking out a dealership with high reviews from genuine customers who have shared their experiences. To Kia, I respectfully recommend implementing monitoring and evaluation processes for your dealerships. Some locations, like Kia of Irvine, might inadvertently lead to losing valuable customers. As for me, I have decided not to purchase a Kia in the future based on my experience.

I have never had a better experience buying a car in my life!!! My brother had his heart set on a particular truck that had a great price but we were from out of state. Everyone we spoke to was so pleasant and helpful, but Troy Chadwell went absolutely above and beyond for us. He answered every question, sent us pictures of the vehicle, and was always reachable. Steve Vitiello was tremendous getting all the paperwork finalized by the time we got there, and thoroughly explained each document, which we were so appreciative of. There were no hidden fees or surprises, no one pressured or deceived us, and it almost felt too good to be true. Not only were we able to drive home the truck the same day to avoid multiple long drives, we were in and out in less than ONE HOUR, with a full tank of gas. That is just unheard of in my experience. Apparently car shopping doesn’t have to be painful, you just have to go to the right place. I truly can’t say enough great things about Romeo Chevrolet Buick GMC, and I will happily make the drive again to purchase my next vehicle.
