Battery performance on cold weather is atrocious!!

2024 Ford F-150 Lightning
I just bought an F-150 lightning FLASH, which has the extended range estimate for 320miles on a full charge.
I am driving around in CO with temperature between 0-28 F, I have been only getting around 95 miles per charge (80%).
I was expecting a drop in battery performance but never more that 50%.
I don't think this truck is ready for cold weather.
