2021 Ford Escape Plug-In Hybrid
I THOUGHT I Liked this Escape hybrid Plug-in, but the electric range is terrible, with a full charge I'm only getting 16.7 miles and it seems like everything I charge it gets worse, Ford says that's how it works, I've been driving Ford s for a very long time ,they don't seem to care that their vehicles don't work properly, any more. They had our brand new escape … hybrid Plug-in for 2weeks and they did nothing ,they gave it back to me told me it was fully charged, but just another lie it was still at 25% that was on it when I dropped it off, so my opinion is Ford doesn't really care, so I will never buy anything from them again because they don't seem to care. I was told by the dealership that it was my problem, they don't help with, Ford vehicles they just sell them. Don't trust Msa Ford Abbotsford they Lie about everything
