2025 BMW i7
We have owned our eDrive50 for 18 months and we are still in love with it. We ordered this version, which has tons of punch, 0-60 in 5 seconds and loaded the car with all available options except the big rear TV. This included the M-Sport design package and the car looks really sharp in carbon black (blue) with all the M-Sport detailing. The ride, comfort, luxury and features are beyond … superb and I honestly feel it is just as good as the Bentleys and Rolls Royce that several of our friends own. In fact, all of the luxury, but without the sheer bulk that makes those 2 brands hard to park. We have a 3-car garage and the entrances are fairly tight. Once the car is taught to come down the driveway and to reverse into the garage, the whole experience is awesome, if a little scary the first few times! But, it does it perfectly every single time. This is a very big car but it honestly drives like a much smaller car, Nimble and responsive and the brakes would stop a 747. The standard 4-wheel steering is a must. This big car easily pops into a parking slot and U-turns are awesome. One of the options is to have the system play a little fake motor noise when the car accelerates, but we disabled that and the ride is dead silent. We rarely use the mood features which automatically closes/opens the blinds, changes the interior lighting colors etc and just use the standard experience. Before buying this car, we had owned 3 BMW 750i models, with the magnificent V8 engines. I had thought that they could not be improved on but somehow, the i7 tops everything. Just one final word; over the 11 years we have owned those 4 BMW 7 series, we have never had one single defect or problem - nothing!
