Had a really terrible time when I went in to pick up the car I ordered. - We were there for 5 hours, even after having an early afternoon appointment. We didn’t get to start talking to the finance manager until a few minutes before closing time and finally left an hour after closing time - They originally told us the price and interest rate were negotiable, but this was a lie - Finance manager Jay was extremely rude, condescending, and bothered that we were there. Would constantly say he doesn’t care to negotiate because the car will be sold otherwise - There wasn’t time for us to go over the car with the tech guy, even after spending so much time there They did not treat us like customers and especially on the day we are picking up the car. We have purchased from here in the past, but things have changed for the worst. They truly made us feel like garbage after wasting our time, lying to us on price and promises they made, and just overall treatment.

Was close to making a deal for a purchase on a truck with them and when I informed them I was not interested in their “Plattner package” for ~$3800 they informed me that they would not sell me the truck without it and that it was better than the $6k they normally charge for it because they aren’t including lifetime oil changes. It would only include paint protection and LoJack. When I told them I’m not interested in those, they then said I was getting a great deal because they matched the trade in offer another dealership made me when Plattner/Chiefland Ford was under by $5,000 dollars on their initial offer. This dealership seems to be trying to cash in on the market, but is definitely adding on items clients don’t want for much more $$$ than it’s worth. Then they try to gaslight you saying the fees aren’t unreasonable and other dealerships have fees too as if people haven’t purchased vehicles and know what services cost and what fees are and aren’t required. The other side of this market is going to be unkind to them… people remember how dealerships carry themselves in these types of markets

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! I recently purchased an AWD ID.4 Pro S from this dealership. They knew that I wanted to purchase an AWD Dusk Blue Pro S with Gradient Package and that I had one on order with VW and had been pre-approved by Navy Federal. I received a call on the morning of September 11th telling me that a vehicle matching my preferences had become available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was informed of two non-negotiable conditions of sale: there was a $3,000 "high demand vehicle" charge added to MSRP and in-house finance was required. I could either accept them as stated or wait 6 months or more for VW to fill my order. Were it not for the federal tax and EA charging incentives, I would have walked.
