Used 2006 Suzuki Forenza Consumer Reviews
Will buy another
Bought new- after I "got to know" the vehicle I really like it-- its made several long trips-- I've only changed the oil and replaced tires and a couple of headlights-approching 100,000 miles in a week or so-- when its time to replace I will buy another- it looks ok too-- Wish it were rated as a safe vehicle- Thats somewhat of a concern- but all in all very well pleased.
Just bought!
We needed a small car with some features for the son, and we found it to be an attractive vehicle. The Verona looks good. It doesn't have too much horsepower, but it has a nice body style and it's good on gas. The premium package has a power sunroof, alloy wheels, fog lights and remote keyless entry. Plus a big trunk for storage. If you're lookin' for ecomony, this is the car, if you're lookin' for power, this isn't the car. The 3yr/36,000 mile bumper to bumper and 7yr/100,000 mile powertrain warranty are great. It's an affordable car, good for first time buyers that can't really afford a whole lot. The dealership offers free tires for life. The was kinda the kicker! ) Enjoy your new car.

Great Suzuki Wagon 2006
I purchased my wagon used with 13k miles for $9,200. I previously owned a Grand Vitara but it was too bumpy on the road. The wagon is smooth, average 25 mpg, can get as much as 27.6 on highway. I used 87 octane and read a former owner's review and he suggests to use 91 octane for more miles. Just wish there was a rear release button for the trunk door. I now have 20k miles and no problems. I definitely would recommend this wagon over a SUV. Maybe one day they will improve the gas mileage and softer seats. The leather seating is so much better, but i didn't want an additional $1500 expense. Overall I am happy.
I Love Driving This Car
The Forenza Wagon is a great driving experience. It handles well on highways and in street driving, has a great turning capability, and gets OK gas mileage (there are more fuel effiecient wagons out there). The exterior styling is great, it looks like an Italian import. For price and overall value, I could not be happier.
Battery Problems & Transmission Censor
I have had my car since 2006 and it has been problem after problem. First my Transmission censor went out which cost me roughly $200.00 dollars. The transmission is still skipping sometimes when I drive. Now the batter will not keep a charge. I have had everything check thoroughly and the watts on my alternator, starter are good. Replaced the batter and the card still have problems. I have checked and there is no recalls on this car for major things such as this.
