smooth handling and responsive for a 4 cylinder. overdrive transmission is easy on the gasoline consumption. well designed interior

WE ARE IN OUR EARLY 60'S AND DO NOT FIT THE PROFILE OF THE BUYER FOR THIS CAR. WE REALLY ENJOY THE CAR AND IT'S. FLEXIBILITY. WE HAVE TAKEN THE CAR ON TWO TRIPS IF OVER 300 MILES, AND ARE SURPRISED AT THE COMFORT ON THE ROAD AND THE WAY IT RIDES AND HANDLES.WE HAVE THE 4 SPD AUTOMATIC WITH THE MOON AND TUNE PAXKAGE.IT HAS BEEN HANDY TO TAKE MY LAWNMOWER TO MY DAUGHTERS AND TO PICK UP FERTILIZER AND GARDEN SUPPLIES. THE COMPANY SHOULD MAKE OR PROVIDE A FULL MAT FOR THE REAR SO THE TRACKS AND FLOOR WOULD NOT GET STRAW AND DIRT IN ALL THE CRACKS.THIS IS A FUN CAR TO DRIVE, AND IT IS GREAT TO KNOW IT SHARES THE RUNNING GEAR AND BODY OF THE TOYOTA COROLA.

My Midland Vibe

I really like my Vibe. I average 21-31 mpg and have gotten 33 mpg on the highway. I was a minor traffic accidents where a Jeep Grand Cherokee hit me. It didn't move the car hardly any, and I was swerving hard to the right as fast as I could to miss being hit. When I test drove the Vibe, I got next to some 18 wheelers on the interstate, and hardly felt a draft off them. They were going about 70 mph at the time, and I probably 60 mph (getting on the ramp), then up to 70 mph go get next to and pass a few. I also swerved once at about 65 mph to dodge a squirrel (didn't hit the brakes, merely swerved), and the Vibe handled really well (the squirrel survived, too).

The Pontiac Vibe is a wonderful car. I hope everyone will have the pleasure of driving this cit. The way it handels is fabulous. It truly is the best car i have ever owned.

I haven't had it long but so far I love this car! It's fun to drive, great to look at and practical too. I like the gray body cladding with the Salsa color, it gives it more of a small SUV look instead of a wagon. Monotone looks good with other colors.
