2025 Mazda CX-30 Consumer Reviews

I HATE THIS CAR!!
I’ve driven a Mazda for the past 30 years. I have never experienced the issues that I am now having. If I incorporate the mph sign on the windshield the radio goes dead. Shut the car off with the radio on, come back, and it’s a crapshoot. Sometimes it’s on sometimes it’s off. Switching from FM to AM, another crapshoot. This car is so frustrating. I will never, ever, lease another Mazda. So sad

Sporty drive with sedan comfort
Changed 2021 for a 2025. A comfortable drive with all the perks of a more expensive car. Best looking SUV in this price range

Buyer beware
This vehicle is a safety hazard in my opinion. While comfortable and decent cargo space, there's a lot of road noise with it and the controls are horrible. The the cruise control down shifts itself without regard to passing or Lane change so I was almost rear-ended twice. The controls for the manual transmission system on the steering wheel which is extremely hazardous. These two situations cause a lot of wear and tear on the vehicle and I fear you will be replacing transmission extremely early and possibly more than once. I will never purchase this vehicle after renting one for a week. Very poor design Mazda.

Deception
Good afternoon. How are you? change of the car. Today they called me from Mazda after 5 months and I understand that the car has modifications and the truth is Mazda blames you for not giving me that information about the changes that the 2024 had, for me it is very frustrating to know that my 2022 with a lower trim was a much better car. The truth is I am very disappointed. I paid $ 7 thousand more for a higher model and the truth is it makes me angry to know that I owe $ 50 thousand for a car that does not make me happy, Mazda holds you responsible for not giving me all the information. The truth is that it is frustrating for me, I feel cheated. I am letting you know that I will make a comment on Google regarding my discomfort. The Mazda customer experience woman recommended that I do so, that I was not the first customer to call complaining and that I repeat, it is your responsibility as sellers to give the correct information. I send you my regards and I apologize again.

Nimble, very responsive
Excellent handling, turning ratio. Sleek, stylish. This is a vehicle designed by engineers. Tech features are a bit of a learning curve such as setting the radio. Love the TV monitor for backing up and the sensors to detect nearby cars in your blind spot.
