2025 Lexus TX 550h+ Luxury 4dr SUV AWD (3.5L 6cyl gas/electric plug-in hybrid CVT)

I've had our Lexus TX 550h+ for over a month and absolutely LOVE it! It has lots of comfy space along with a very smooth ride, powerful acceleration, easy steering, excellent fuel economy, and quiet cabin. The all-electric mode (about 35-45 miles per charge) has allowed us many local trips without the need for gas. I just plug it into a normal outlet each night for 9-13 hours or 2-3 hours with a level 2 charger. My children love it so much, they constantly ask to go for rides. Probably because they each get their own plush leather window seat, storage area and usb-c charging port. It's ideal for weeklong roadtrips since we can easily fit our luggage and refuel gas without the need to locate or wait on a charging station. As a side note, I do want to mention there is no panoramic sun roof and the stereo is good, but not awesome. If the stereo was awesome, I'd say this car was absolute perfection. Finally, the starting price was around $80k ($90-100k with preferred options, markups, tax and licensing) which was okay for us after comparing all other available vehicles. We felt it was worth what we were getting -- Lexus refinement, an aspirated V6 plug-in with 404hp, simple at home charging, less trips to the gas station and plenty of space. Overall, this car definitely far exceeds what I expected and my family and I are very happy with it!

Not worth the Price

I test drove the Lexus TX350 Luxury multiple times before deciding on a Lincoln Aviator. I was not impressed by the interior quality considering the price of the Lexus. Lexus is relying on their name and brand cache instead of providing the most value to customers. The ML sound system was not impressive. The engine should have been more powerful considering the price and the fact that it requires premium fuel. The main selling point of this vehicle is its size without having to buy a full-size SUV.

2024 Lexus TX 350 Premium 4dr SUV AWD (2.4L 4cyl Turbo 8A)

Picked it up last month and absolutely love this SUV. I have the Premium AWD trim. Lot adjustments coming from a 2012 Camry, technically wise. The ride is very comfortable and quiet. The quality of the interior is very high, not cheap feeling at all. I get a combined 23 MPG mostly city driving using premium gas. I would have opt for a six cylinder engine if Lexus offered it considering this is a 4,600 pound vehicle, but still enough power getting on a highway and for passing other vehicles. Overall a beautiful high quality vehicle that I would recommend to anyone.

This car has had one recall- air bags...Both axels had to be replaced. Gas mileage is terrible 21 miles to gallon. Small gas tank. We spend more time at dealership getting this brand new car fixed....never again...do not buy

Seriously Lexus!

Lexus is a well-known luxury automotive brand known for their high quality, durability, and elegance. Unfortunately, they have spoiled this name with the unimpressive 2024 TX 350. While the TX offers a comfortable ride, it doesn't go much beyond that. The quality of the car is subpar for a luxury company. The Lexus TX is similar and comparable to its sister, the Toyota Grand Highlander. The TX is noted to have many corners cut and carefree, with a disappointing acceleration and drivetrain, plastic (unglossed) bumpers, Nuluxe leather (faux leather), feeble sound system, hard plastic below the waist, and a false advertised MPG. When purchasing, I advise thoroughly testing the acceleration and inspecting both the exterior and interior design before signing. This car is estimated to be priced between 55K-65K (closer to 65), do not overpay. There will be a jump in insurance payments because this is a luxury brand, even though the car is not. If you are looking at the TX, I suggested bucking up for the 500h or 500h +. Currently the TX 350 Premium AWD is the most popular version. Overall the TX was extremely disappointing and underwhelming, and I hope for a redesign and consideration of consumer reviews and reports. Do better, Lexus!
