Many promises, lousy software
The NX 350h is a fine SUV - except the software to connect your phone to it sucks. And a few other software shortcomings like not enough information on the music channels regarding the performers. You'd think a $50,000 has figured out how to program XM Radio to include more information and make it as easy to connect my phone to it as my 6 year old Murano was.

Not a good choice, lack of power, very disappoint
Test drove 350H over the weekends, and I was very disappointed; even the salesperson told me to avoid it if I go on a long trip or look for comfortable driving. New infotainment systems, but I couldn't get away from the cheap feeling; the powertrain is way behind; it seems like you are pulling the car. I had high expectations of flexibility and luxury comfort, but I asked too much for this leggy 350H. I went to a German brand at last.

A great car if you can find one
Very reliable, efficient vehicle. It met all of our needs. However, the local dealers just couldn’t get us one. We ended up getting a different car. This is the same story as our purchase experience three years ago. Lexus makes excellent cars, but the dealers don’t have them in inventory.

Nicely built, but way too small
As you would expect from a Lexus, everything is well done. Nicely done trim, excellent gas mileage, comfortable seats, somewhat confusing controls but easy to use once figured out. The only big ding is the size. The cargo area is way too small for use beyond a few bags of groceries, forget about anything beyond a few pieces of luggage. If you are moving up to it from a small car you will likely find it a good size, but coming down from a larger car it is disappointing.
