I LOVE MY HUMMER. IT IS SAFE, DRIVES GREAT. MILAGE IMPROVES AFTER BREAK IN. CAN HAUL ABOUT ANYTHING.

This is the most fun truck on the market. It can go through 2 feet of snow as well as it goes on dry road. It is quality through and through.

Of course it gets lousy gas mileage, but what do you expect from a 6400 pound machine! Great ride, short turning radius, comfortable seating all around, and of course its a pin-up SUV. Great looks! Awesome ride! Fantastic sounds! The BOSE speakers rock!

Overall, I'm quite impressed with my H2. It has a buttoned down feel on the highway and is unstoppable off- road. I highly recommend attending the "HUMMER school" in South Bend, Indiana at the AM General off-road course. My 6 year old summed it up when I first brought it home, when he said, "WOW, that's the coolest thing I ever saw"!
Only downside is gas mileage

Fun to drive SUV. Comfortable, lots of room, extra gawk factor, feel like you own the road look (actually you do!!!). Sometimes one forgets they are driving an SUV this size cos it handles so easily. Definitely better than buying any other SUV in this price range.

By far the most fun I have had driving a car. I used to drive a Lincoln TownCar and this is easier to park. Other cars move out of the way when you change lanes. I Love It. Great in the snow. I did have to have the steering box replaced. But got a caddy as a loaner, not really a good thing because I had to buy the CTS for my wife because she liked it so much.

The H2 could not be more fun for not only myself but for my children as well. It get's the same exact millage as my lexas lx470 did. Not that I'm proud of it. It truly drives like a dream and I can park it anywhere. Living in the mountains makes this car a must.

there is no car better than this one that i just bought i think everyone should consider in buying one or at least check it out it wont hurt and they wont regret it either.

I absolutely LOVE this vehicle. I had been a car dealer many years ago and have driven thousands of vehicles. This one is exciting to drive and a great off road vehicle too!

Went to purchase a truck. Saw Hummer H2. Bought H2. What more can I say. Alot. Since I have bought the Hummer, I've had nothing but fun,fun,fun. This thing is worth every penny from style to performance. Plenty of pick-up when needed, enough room for a six foot,240 lb. man which I am. It gets looks from all ages and everyones always asking what it's like. Miles per gallon is about the same as a full size truck.Only complaint is when I set steering wheel in comfortable position, I can't see speedometer without looking over. Buying the H2 is one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The H2 has to be one of the best SUV's I've have ever drivin and own.Its a monster,powerful,safe,and fun to drive and I like the body shape alot better than the old one.I all I got to say is that its taller,bigger,and safe.

When purchasing this vehicle, you know what kind of gas mileage you'll be getting, and it does get a little better.I feel very safe in my H2,in all driving conditions. I have not found to have many blind spots, actually less than my Sebring. It will climb almost anything.I love it.

WENT WITH TEAM CHEVEROLET OFF ROAD IN THE VALENCIA MOUNTAINS AND HAD THE BEST TIME EVER. THEY REALLY SHOW US WHAT THE HUMMER CAN DO, AND ITS NO SUV, ITS A MOUNTAIN LEVELER.

my favorite experience was off roading and having to pull a dodge out of a little snow and mud after the dodge owner had just finisihed shooting his mouth off for about an hour about how his truck never gets stuck

this is by far one of the worst cars ive owned. The exterior isnt that bad, but the interior is what gets to me the most. It is not as luxury as some of the other cars i can get for 50k. The handling is not very agile, and it needs to have a fully independent suspension like the h1. Acceleration is flat out horrible. It has a big engine, but all the weight slows it down. This vehicle is not very good onroad, but let me tell you it is a beast offroad, but whos actually going to go offroading on this thing anyways?If somebody wanted to offroad with a vehicle they should stick with the jeep.

Traded my 2003 for a 2004. I have had zero problems and the vehicles are probably the most fun I have had with any vehicle. Fuel economy is low due to size and weight and I would not suggest purchase as a grocery getter or go to work vehicle, but is acceptable when used for the purpose designed.

I love love my Hummer. The Hummer needs more horse power for passing. The spare tire inside or out side the car gives poor visibility. The air suspension gives a superb ride.

There is nothing else that even comes close to the look, style and comfort that the H2 offers. Sure we wish the fuel economy was a bit better but, the overall picture is awsome.

gas consuption aside the new h2 deliverers everything it looks like it should, there is no doubt you will never ever fell like you will be stranded anywhere rain nor sleet nor snow.......well you know how it goes and you will never say to you spouse "this guy is driving up my but" because you won't be able to see him anyway!! everyone wants to look in and drive it ,i have 5 other domestics ranging from LS1 powered trans am convertable to Northstar powered Caddy i walk pasted all of them to drive my big white toy.

The vehicle performs to specifications. The dealerships invite you to events to make sure you know how to use the features to cause the vehicle to off road safely. Ability to perform 360 in small space.

This has been the most reliable GM product I have owned. It doesn't quite compare to the Japanese products though. For what it was designed for, it is a great vehicle.

The lux model has all the extras a mom would want and its engine is built for dad, so perfect "going to the mountain" drive train and comfort for family. onstar and bose are a great added feature. THe engine is undisputed the best out there.

Having owned several higher end GM SUVs in the past,the H2 out performs and out ranks them all.From around town deliveries & errands,to hauling my Guitar gear to local and distant gigs,and then into the upper hills and off road access areas of Connecticut- the H2 simply performs on a level that the other so-called SUVs just wish they were capable of.The H2 is a REAL Truck/SUV.

ccorvette,a viper 4wd all rolled up into one awesome suv! I had a number of sports cars and suv and never had so much fun driving.let me suggest one thing! options! dont leave out any of them! I cant begin to tell you how important they are! there is nothing worst then buying an auto and wishing you had added or wanted an option, it will haunt you, if your going to spend 55k to 64k on an auto do it right the first time or dont do it. every optin that hummer provides is awesome and adds a heck of alot more excitment, I have left no option out on mine and even added a couple of small after market options on my h2.all I can say is have fun! fun! fun!

Love the vehicle One recommendation I would have for other owners is I changed my oil to a synthetic and with Mobil One I have increased my mileage to almost 12 mpg in town. And give the vehicle credit for only requiring regular gasoline.

For the record its not an economy car,if you can't get past that then maybe you need to go down to your local honda showroom and buy a hybrid. its the most inspiring truck i've ever seen! and the most capable offroad vehicle i've ever driven(with proper training of course)it truly puts "sport" into SUV.Anything else is a station wagon!!

i bought it for business - needed a car with some style that weighed over 6000 pounds - tax deduction. one caveat - be prepared to take some abuse from friends and others. had i bought a suburban (which is 18 inches larger) or an expedition no one would have dared to say a thing but you know how it is when you venture out and don't choose what everyone else chooses. everyone asks me if the car is hard to handle but it really isn't. it drives a lot like the range rover i had but i feel even safer in it. also be prepared to be stopped everywhere - people don't know the difference between the H1 and H2 so they all think this is the 115K model.

my experience is that it is a smooth ride bu it takes up lots of fuel. Its fun to drive in because everyone says nice car or looks amazed.
