have had the van for 2.5 years now. No problems to speak of. A few things; This van stinks in the snow. Any snow. I get stuck in a few inches. The tires that come with it are basically the only ones you can use. I have continental M&S. I have called tire dealers and have really no options. The drivers seat, no room for your left foot. ok for short trips, really bad, uncomfortable for longer drives. The brakes squeak every now and then. don't need new ones yet, they squeak for 2-3 weeks then stop. it's annoying. The motor and the transmission are champs. I love the power at any speed. I always have 1000 pounds of tools, sometimes much more. It always moves as needed. Smooth gears, great for towing! Overall a solid van. So far, still so good, still loving it.

My 2017 Ford Transit van I bought new has 114,000 miles, it's my work vehicle and my personal vehicle, rides like a Lexus, never done anything to van yet but change back brakes, front brakes are still the original brake pads and rotors 😂 I replaced all 4 tires also with same Continental tires that it came with, I love this van! I do take care of my vehicles also

Diesel Transit rocks

2016 Ford Transit Van 250 High Roof 3dr Cargo Van w/Sliding Passenger Side Door (3.7L 6cyl 6A)

This is a great van. I have the mid height mid length 250 model. The 5 cylinder powerstroke diesel engine is great, not too bad on gas, 17 mpg average for mixed driving. The seats are comfortable. Visibility is good. I have rear door windows but no side windows. The mirrors are big and adequate. The van handles surprisingly well for its size. Originally there was a lot of road noise inside so we put insulation and wood panel on the wall and ceiling and 3/8" gym mat on the floor. I'm not sure that the diesel engine is still available in this van, but it is a great combo with the 6 spd automatic. The tech is lacking and the backup camera screen is really small. Newer big phones do not fit in the 2016 phone holder. But I would still recommend this van to a friend. Fast forward to 2024. I'm still using and liking this van. No problems or repairs. I don't see me selling this vehicle anytime soon.

The 2016 ford transit 150 low top passenger van is without a doubt the hardest rough riding van I have been in, shame on Ford engineering !!
