No Car, No rental or loaner, No ETA to fix

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited 4dr Minivan (3.6L 6cyl gas/electric plug-in hybrid EVT)
My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been at dealer service department for approximately 4 weeks of the four months since delivery. Latest is a red warning light which says "Hybrid Electrical Service Required". Dealer says it needs new transmission and those are backordered indefinitely. Does anyone know if those transmissions are even being produced? Dealer doesn't provide loaners … or rental, and Chrysler Cares won't reimburse rentals until service is completed - but there is no ETA from dealer on when transmission will arrive and so no estimate on service completion. So - No Car / No Rental / No ETA to resolve. Not happy.
