Used 2013 Cadillac XTS Consumer Reviews
WASTE OF MONEY
The worst car I have ever had. 12 warranty claims in 24 months. Dealer wont allow me out of lease. Would never buy another Cadillac ever.
Affordable luxury
I purchased a used 2013 Cadillac XTS with 90k in mint condition and have now owned long enough to put 30k additional miles on it with Zero problems other than needing a battery once which by the way if going bad will cause all sorts of electrical gremlins so don't be worried because a simple new battery and everything is perfect again love my car and that's comparing to my previous car a Lexus then before that I had a Mercedes so Cadillac your doing something right to impress me

New Xts Driver
I leased a new xts with the premium trim pkg today in black on black and what a gorgeous car it is
My retirement car
I retired in 2013 I worked for the state of Ohio, saved for 10 years prior to my retirement to afford my this car, a 2013 Caddilac XTS. The ride was great, the sport suspension was a joy to use when needed. Everything was a great Ciddilac experience when it was not in the shop. I have replaced 3 sets of rear shocks, at $1,500.00 a set. One covered under warranty. On this date I sit at my Caddilac dealer waiting for my SECOND all wheel drive rear axle pump replacement. Another $1,600.00 cost. The screen on the touch radio shattered, GM said not a safety issue, I paid the $330.00 cost. The car is 9.25 years old with 90,000 miles on it. I write this review to worn potential buyers the expense of maintaining an older CADILLAC XTS
Most unreliable car since my 71 Vega
Lots of expensive repairs, even had to replace the glove compartment ($500), the shocks, $3,000, valve chain timing cover gasket ($1800) and numerous other issues, all of them expensive. General Motors, creating Lexus customers one Cadillac at a time. Today of course the car is dead in the garage, waiting on a tow truck.
