Fantastic small car and very fun to drive. Quality is outstanding and features are great for the price. Interior is comparable to many more upscale vehicles. I put on mostly highway miles and average right at 30mpg (S Sport). Back seat is pretty tight but that's expected with this size car. Stick shift is very easy to learn and fun to drive

Have had for a few weeks. Great in all ways. Can't wait to drive it. For my wife but I love to slip in. Seats are perfect for a small car, great support. Interior is gorgeous. A lot of fun to drive. Plenty of power. Handles like a Mazda. Not sure that you can get anything close in the price range. Bought it loaded, except nav.

Favorite Features

Seats, entire interior. Sound system is awesome. Fits 4 well. Looks great in dark grey. Good trunk.

Suggested Improvements

I didn't get keyless ignition, would like that as I'm used to it with my CX7.

I have always wanted a Mazda 3....when the 2010's came out, I knew I had to had one and finally yesterday we bought it!!!!! So far, I LOVE it! It's cute and fun to drive! I got the sunroof and Bose package and I think it was well worth it!

Favorite Features

Exterior. Sunroof. Gas mileage.

Suggested Improvements

Maybe a little bit more comfort in the seats. Engine Temperature gauge. Lights in the visor mirrors.

Replaced a 95 Aerostar (my third) using CARS program. Have a 50 mile RT commute so 17 mpg to 34mpg was impressive. Drives like a Mazda ! I have a 90 Miata and have owned two other Mazdas over the years. Comfortable, tight and responsive. Had to search for a Crystal white with the Dune interior. I don't understand the black interiors that seem to be the norm in small cars. I live in a HOT summer area so every little bit helps. The back seat space is not an issue- if I need to carry more people I use my wife's 07 CRV. The build quality is every bit as good as our Honda and the fun factor far exceeds that of a previous Corolla. Its a great commuter at thousands less than its Japanese competitors

Favorite Features

Ride, handling and A/C that will freeze you out of the car. Very well equipped for a base model.

Suggested Improvements

A little less road noise. Indicator lights on the dash that dim with the gauges-with the lights dimmed, the there's a giant red "D" shining in your face ruining your night vision. A little more positive feel to the transmission down shifts.

Review

Having driven 2,500 miles in just over a month this car is fun to drive! Daily commutes are really enjoyable. I was originally looking at the speed but when none were available with the options I wanted the sales guy suggested driving the 3s GT - I was hooked. Plenty of power and it runs on cheap gas compared to the turbo version. The amenities such as heated seats, heated mirrors, xeon headlights, led tail lamps, and great sound this care is very enjoyable at a great price! I would buy the Mazda 3s GT again in a heartbeat. I can not believe the value I feel I get from this car and how refined this vehicle is. Highly recommended, drive one and see for yourself!

Favorite Features

Nav, Bose Sound, Moonroom, Heated mirrors, led tail lamps, keyless entry/push button start, Bluetooth integration including audio streaming, heated seats, rain sensing wipers, auto on/off headlights, tire pressure monitoring, additional rear lock/unlock button on hatchback.

Suggested Improvements

allow a few more features or voice prompt navigation so it can be configured while driving.

I have had the car for only 3 weeks but once you drive it you'll know that is a great car to own. The quality of the interior is great, i would dare to say that is very close to perfection. I do think like other reviewers said that you get more than what you pay for (at least it feels that way).

Favorite Features

- Interior Quality. - Bluetooth - Performance and handling. - Placement of controls - I get 33 Mpg

Suggested Improvements

It meets all my needs. So I can't think of any right now.

2010 Mazda MAZDA3 s Sport 4dr Hatchback (2.5L 4cyl 6M)

Review

First, not mine, reviewing my girlfriends mazda3, i drive it a lot though. Think the 5 door is one of the best cars out there right now as far as value and what you get. 2.5l engine is peppy enough to enjoy, but small enough to average 30+ mpg, and the data center in the interior makes keeping track of everything easy and fun. This car looks good head to toe, interior is nicely laid out with lots of great features, from lighting for just about everything, to the good looking tac ometers. Hatchback makes hauling large or odd ball shaped things easy, like 46" flat screen tv. I have nothing really bad to say about this car, I want one, but she already has one... that would just be weird.

Favorite Features

everything, all lights in interior, good looking gauges, love the little data center that gives, mpg, fuel economy, maintenance updates, For a little car it has some get up and go and is fun to drive car looks good too and good price

Suggested Improvements

Lose the goofy spoiler on the speed version for the standard. lose the new tail lights on 4 doors, they don't do anything good for the looks of the car, would never buy 4 door just cuz of taillights, Love the manuel 5 door, only thing i can say is wish clutch grabbed a little sooner.

I can't believe I am saying this but my Mazda is more fun to drive than my Benz AMG. Hysterical- but true. The responsiveness is better than any vehicle I have owned before- and I have owned nearly every vehicle known to man. I bought this for a daily driver/airport car but find myself driving it more than my other vehicles. Sure the engine is a 4 banger vs. a 8, but its truly the most agile & fun to drive vehicle I have ever had. Decided to go frugal this time around, and so glad I did. Now trying to talk the wife into selling the ML500 for a CX9!

Favorite Features

Handling. Drive. Everything.

Suggested Improvements

Not a fan of the front grill- wish it had better MPG.

Downsized from a BMW x5 to this fun little ride. I needed a smaller more economical commuter and this was the only one that packed all the fun toys I enjoyed in previous vehicles. Handles great and definitely has enough punch to get out of its own way. If you are looking for a small-affordable commuter with all the comforts of a car costing thousands more, this is the car for you. If you get in blindfolded you'll never know you're driving a sub 25K mazda.

Favorite Features

Keyless entry and start-suspension setting-sirius sat radio-nav-bluetooth-heated seats.

Suggested Improvements

I'm a big guy, the seat bottoms could be a bit wider. handle on the hatch so you c an open it in one fluid movement instead of pressing a button then opening it. A pull out cargo cover instead of that big cheap plastic thing.

Great little car. Handles great, strong, powerful engine, amazing bose sound system, solid construction, hatchback is roomy, gauges are clear and easy to read. I fell in love with this car the min a drove it and didn't even hesitate to trade in my civic on it. Couldn't be more happier with the car. Styling, power, handling, and stereo are hard to beat for the $20k I paid for it!

Favorite Features

Handling, Styling, Smooth 6-speed shifting, Bose system

Suggested Improvements

no posts to hold the front mats in place. My mazda all weather mats are sliding all over everytime i get in and out of the car!
