Hi, The American Express through ZAG gave me the exact same price as truecar.com. It even looked the same with the exact same format. Overstock had the same format too but today overstock said there weren't any cars in my zipcode area. I already bought a 2010 CRV EX 4WD last Friday. I was just trying to help the person who was thinking about an '09 fleet car. Thanks for the ... Read More

In June I wanted to buy a CRV LX AWD in the Albany NY area. There are five dealers within a 30 mile range. I went to cars.com and got prices from all five dealers. Three were a little high about $21,766 + DMV fees. Another came in at $20,995 + DMV fees--which is less than dealer cost. In face, my deal was less that this figure. My suggestion to you ... As far as 2010 left overs there will not be a next model until summer 2011, there will be 2010's for awhile. Any source to prove that? Honda has been releasing new model year in September and Acura's in April for as long as they sold in the US. Honda stops production of current model year in July for retooling and upgrades to the factories. Manufacturing resumes in August with new ... Read More

You don't have to wait for summer 2011 to get a leftover 2010 CRV. The new 2011 CRVs will be here soon....Sept. 2010...as in a month from now. That's why you should be able to get a good deal on a NEW 2010 CRV this month. What is your zipcode? I'll check overstock.com for you.

I also think this is high - as are most Honda dealer used car prices when first posted. The CRV (along with almost any Honda) does retain an impressive percentage of original price however. I purchased a 2007 EXL FWD in April but waited two months before the price was down to what I felt was a good deal for a vehicle with 75K on it. I like the fact that ... Read More

Seems high for a used CRV LX 4WD. I'd try to get it down closer to $18,500. Check used prices at nadaguides.com and kbb.com. I think a lot of the pre-owned CRVs on the lots right now may have been rental cars :( Hope you get a good deal!

The $21200 does not include TTL. Please notice that the price difference is around $1200 between 4WD and 2WD. In case you paid $1500 fees (including tax), your car price is right at $20,000. Therefore, $21500 is a pretty good OTD price. Regards.

We quoted a 2010 LX 4WD for $21200 with destination included plus 1.9% 36 month financing, but not TTL, in the end of November. Most dealers offered us around $21400 to $21800, although we finally settled on an EXL-NAV 4WD. You may need to wait till the end of the month to get a better deal. My suggestion for you is to hold on your money for 3 more weeks to ... Read More

I paid $20800+license/taxes for the Honda CRV 2009 LX, cheapest model with nothing included. Paid 10K down, the dealership wouldn't let me get the 1.9% APR deal despite our good credit (They said we'd need to pay $1000 more on the car to get that deal), but said we could pay off the car after 4 monthly payments, which we plan to do. Good deal?

The price is kind of too high considering it is $1 higher than the invoice of the 2009 CRV EX AWD. In my opinion, you should be able to get a 2010 CRV AWD EX at this price. The invoice of the 2010 model is $24,058 according to Edmunds. If you really want to made a deal on a 2009 CRV, you should shoot at least $1000 below the invoice. However, ... Read More

Honda CRV lease reply
Written by: ricki65 on Oct 23, 2009 9:25:53 PM
Have worked with Honda in the past, here are few pointers that may help you with your search. 1. Don't lease an older model car, ie: 2010 is available, 2009 lease should be more expensive due to lack of promotion, lack of inventory, and higher interest rate. Honda is known for better deal on 2009 for CASH purchase only. Any lease is always cheaper with the newer model. 2. There are ... Read More

For the same vehicle but a 2009, monthly would be $439 vx $499 for the 2010. Either the dealers are discounting the 2009's to get them off the lot or Honda is giving better terms on the 2009's as incentives.....
