1990 chevy s10 2.8 fast idle have changed out idle control motor still has fast idle pleas help
Hi, I have a 1990 chevy s10 and whenever it is put into four wheel drive the tires toe in to the point where it cant be driven (BAD). The truck is lifted by means of torsion keys and new control arms. Does anyone know what could be the problem. Could there be something wrong with the steering components or possibly the balljoints? Thanks alot!
when the clutch is not engaged and you hear a squeaking noise and it stops with just the touch of the clutch pedal it is generally caused by a dry clutch fork pivot ball stud, which causes metal to metal contact with the clutch fork. good luck

1990 chevy s-10 pu has to idle at least a half an hour before drivabilty replaced fule filter, idle air control valuve, pulled gas tank, new sock, cleaned tank operated fule pump manualy pressure past thumb, all seems ok but brake fule lines after an hour of not running no pressure in lines.
Can someone please help explain a passenger side ticking noise in the engine of my 4.3L S-10 4x4(1999 year with 14k miles). Dealer replaced rockers and push rods on that side.Was quiet for a couple 100 miles and is starting to get louder again.Dealer said there was no noticable ware or damage to parts they replaced.
