LAS VEGAS — Honda's revised 2014 Civic Coupe may be grabbing headlines at the 2013 SEMA Show, but the automaker's Acura brand is not to be outdone. The 2014 Acura RLX VIP sedan, RLX Urban Luxury sedan and Acura ILX Street Performance model also turned heads at the aftermarket show.
The 2014 Acura RLX VIP sedan is designed to be a "styling upgrade for an evening on the town," said Honda.
The car, which was tweaked by Evasive Motorsports, gets a custom carbon-fiber front bumper lip and vents, a modified rear bumper and fabricated exhaust system with titanium tips. The cabin features custom Jordan Brand-inspired elephant-print neck pillows.
The 2014 Acura RLX Urban Luxury sedan by MAD Industries is an "every day" driver, according to its creators. Equipment upgrades include an Acura Genuine Accessory decklid spoiler and 3M 1080 Scotchprint wrap film in brushed black metallic.
The Acura ILX Street Performance features an eye-popping exterior, courtesy of a matte copper metallic wrap. Other details include 19-inch TSW Max wheels and an SP Elite exhaust from Greddy.
