Dealer Review:

Purchased a car from CIA three months ago. I had no idea what I was doing - found out later that Federal Law requires that dealerships put a Buyers Guide on or in the car to help people that don’t know much about buying used cars. CIA did not have Buyers Guides on any of the cars in their lot. I had been dealing with car dealerships for months and was done - I contacted the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General‘s, office because I wanted to know why they didn’t have Buyers Guides displayed on the cars. I also wanted another key and the service records. I was told there was only one key to the car AFTER I had purchased the car. CIA would not assist with any of these requests and attempted to make me the problem for complaining. A couple of weeks ago I went to have my cabin air filter changed and they were drugs- oxycodone -stashed in the filthy cabin air filter compartment. Something CIA had apparently neglected to inspect….I contacted the police and the car was searched to see where else drugs might be hidden. I contacted CIA’s surety bond to see if anything could be done and unfortunately illegal drugs stashed in the vehicle isn’t something they can assist with. BOTTOM LINE if you want to put yourself and your family at risk and possibly purchase a former drug dealers car, a car with no available service records, and work with people who will not volunteer or actively choose to withhold pertinent information- CIA is your place.
