Wow is the first word that pops into my mind and it isn’t a good wow. I went into the dealership this evening to assist my mom with some customer service issues she’s been experiencing and I never thought any company with “such good service” would act the way the manager did tonight. When a GENERAL SALES MANAGER doesn’t take responsibility for his salespeople someone else should be manager or they should rethink the whole set-up all together. Chris Pannell, the manager, did not take responsibility for the issues his salesperson, Braxton Yeago, caused and just kept repeating “I don’t know what he said” and “I’m not responsible for Braxton”. Ummmm, isn’t that what a manager is for? I knew that the Valley dealerships, sorry “CMA’s Valley” were shady but I honestly thought they were better than this. If you’re smart just stay away, even if you have to drive a little ways it will be worth it. And it’s really sad that a manager has to “buck up” to a woman, dude, you should be better than that. No, I didn’t buy a car myself but the way I was talked to was sad, a manager needs to learn to take responsibility or find someone who can😒
