I wanted to take a few moments to recognize the exceptional assistance and support that both Mr. Alaaeldin Salem and Mr. Brad Smith provided during a recent vehicle purchase at Koons Tysons Toyota. From the onset of contacting Koons expressing interest in the vehicle, throughout the process of meeting and test driving to striking a tremendous deal I simply cannot say enough about the overall smooth process and professionalism that the many Koons staff members exhibited. This without a doubt made for one of the most stress-free vehicle purchases I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing (and I have purchased quite a few throughout the years) Furthermore, Mr. Smith relayed to me about additional cost savings for being a USAA/TrueCar member that military active duty and veterans are eligible to receive. No other dealer during my search had mentioned any cost savings for being a veteran, which to me really showed that Koons not only wants to provide potential buyers with the best deal possible but also looking out for our military members as well. This past September, my wife purchased a Certified Pre-Owned GLC300 for cash from Mercedes Benz of West Chester, PA (“MBWC”). While we offered to handle the titling and registration of the car in Delaware, the salesman, Alfonso Colon, insisted that MBWC would arrange for the car to be so titled and registered, even (mis)informing us that he was required to do so by law. To date, we have not received title to the car, and neither Mr. Colon, his sales manager, nor the General Manager of MBWC, Eduardo Milan, has responded to our many requests for help.

Still unhappy with Spirit Dodge. We have been trying since January to get our refund for the GAP insurance that we purchased for the vehicle that we purchased from Spirit April 2019. We only had the vehicle for 2 years until fall of 2021 - therefore we have a refund due and Spirit does NOT seem to want to get a refund processed for us. I will continue to leave negative reviews until we receive our refund. It's now been weeks since our last conversation, this time with Chet and still NO refund!

Terrible company. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer. He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted. My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car. We were told we had the car via phone and email. We received the papers via UPS and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the UPS confirmation and sent via email. We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else. The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. John knew this and still sold the car after confirming he would sell the car to us.

Today I called this dealership (Toccoa Chevrolet in Toccoa GA) because they have a truck that I am interested in. I requested the sales manager, yet my call was forwarded to a car salesman name Scott Cricket. I can only assume the Sales/General Manager Jamie Roberts has no regard to customer calls...... After a brief discussion with Mr. Cricket, I was advised that the General Manager is not allowing the General Motors (GM) earned benefit to GM employee, Retiree's or their Family! It seems that this dealership refuses to value the very people that keep them in business by not honoring a simple benefit to all GM Employees, Retirees and their Family! While they have every right to spit in the face of the hard workers that allows them to maintain their lavish lifestyle; REMEMBER, there are dealerships that appreciate you, your dedication and your loyalty to the GM Family. Remember, the moment a dealership utters the words of not selling GMS to anyone that rightfully has a right to purchase under GMS, why would you want to spend your hard-earned money their, and not where you, and your family are truly, and honestly appreciated.
