2023 Rivian R1S
I booked my R1S vehicle in Early November and they told me my car will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Since then I’ve been following up with them and every time when I spoke with the Customer Service, they gave me different answer. I am willing to compromise a lot of things with them in order to get my vehicle, but they are not willing to work with me at all, it’s so frustrating situation … and all the time when I try to hold them up, they gave me different answer they don’t care about the customer or customer relationship at all. I would never recommend buying this car at all. Specially, all the customer representative lie with us and they don’t care about giving any good customer service .
