My friends and I (3 guys, each 6 foot) had the pleasure of having a 2020 Touring model as a rental for a week for a roadtrip. Grey with black interior...BEAUTIFUL CAR. Got behind the wheel and fell in love. I really had no gripes with the car. Seats were very comfortable, ride was quiet and smooth. Plenty of leg room in the back for one of my friends, even with one of the front seats … being almost all the way back. All safety features (Blind spot, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, auto headlights and wipers, etc.) worked flawlessly. During my drive, I noticed the slower response times on other makes with the blind spot as I was coming into theirs. Very impressed with how swift the Mazda was to detect. Driving about 80-90mph on the interstate and my friends and I still managed to average 33 miles to the gallon! The car (to me) had more than enough power for merging and passing, even with the base engine. It actually had a nice sound to it, too! I was sad to return it back to the rental company LOL. A solid choice for anyone considering it, I don't think you will be disappointed! I am a diehard Hyundai/Kia/Genesis fan, but following my week long drive with the Mazda, I definitely have one of these on my radar now!
