Terrible experience with Lucid…vehicle and service

2022 Lucid Air
My new Lucid Air Grand Touring has been in service for more than 5 weeks. It has 1800 miles. I called “roadside assistance” on a Friday evening when the vehicle became completely inoperable. Was told that some would call me on Monday. That itself is not acceptable. Then no one actually called until Wednesday. While in service, I was told that it would be a week, then another week, … then another etc. Before the failure, AC didn’t work, the infotainment screen went black often with no way to reset without pulling off the road and existing the vehicle, Bluetooth connectivity did not work at all. Lucid has not offered a buyback or any other compensation for the loss if use. I have owned two Tesla’s before buying the Lucid. Wish I bought another Tesla.
