AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

2008 Lexus IS F
I ordered this car in 2007 from Northside Lexus in Houston, and waited 13 months for delivery. Once I actually drove it, I totally forgot about the long wait. The car was very quick and solid, and has been a weekend driver for me for the past 12 years. During this 12 year period I've only had one problem with the car, the door panels and dash became sticky and discolored. The Dealer … advised me that Lexus would replace them for free--after 12 years??? They took some pictures, ordered the new door panels and dash, and replaced them for free. What car company does that?? I now have a car that looks like new again with 19,000 miles and I'll probably have it 12 years from now. Thank you Lexus.
