We saved for our dream vehicle, and when we saw the Jeep Wagoneer we knew that was the one for us
We spent over $100k on our dream car, only for it to be an awful vehicle. In fact, this is the worst vehicle we’ve ever purchased.
It’s left us stranded on the road out of town twice, had to be towed 3 times, the moon roof leaked twice and the entire roof interior had to be replaced, the … cruise control malfunctioned causing the vehicle to rapidly accelerate (the cruise control buttons did not work to cancel or slow down) the screens regularly blank, Bluetooth does not connect, 4 no starts, constant errors causing the the system to glitch (which cause the vehicle to stop working) and it’s been in the shop 60 days of the 6 mos we’ve owned this vehicle. The customer support/Jeep warranty, and dealership have all been abismal, Terrible customer service.
I sold a very well equipped, perfectly running, PAID OFF Ford Expediton that never gave us any problems. I was never worried it would leave my wife and family stranded somewhere.
I’d highly advise anyone not to buy one of these vehicles.
