2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L
I purchased the new 2021 on July 9th after trading in my 2018 limited. Drove it home and tried to activate services- nothing worked! After 4 weeks of emails and endless phone calls to Jeep Wave and Uconnect, I still am no closer to a resolution. Can’t use the WiFi, no Alexa, no SiriusXM, no navigation- nothing on the system works properly!! I’ve been a loyal Jeep consumer for years but … this one has deterred me from every buying from them again.
