2021 Genesis GV80
Before you buy a GV80 towing is not available at this time. I purchased one on April 6th, I purchased the towing package. The dealer was able to get the hitch but the harness is not available. Genesis has told me there is no ETA for the harness. It's been a month I spent $70K for a tow vehicle that cant tow. The dealer is trying to help. Genesis has done nothing!!! Buyer beware Genesis … customer service is useless, very disappointed may need to take legal action.
