3 time electrical system failure

2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid
I bought this beautiful blue minivan excited to be part of plug in hybrid world, and gas mileage is wonderful when it works It is fully loaded with all the wonderful safety features and parking assist for parallel and perpendicular, but the car’s electric system has now failed for the third time. The last time was only 2 months ago. Both times electrical system has gone out it has sat … for 6 weeks or more waiting for them to figure out what was wrong with it. I expect similar this time and am initiating an inquiry into lemon law/buy back. The car only has 31000 miles on it, and it is super cool even as a minivan, but it is terrible that it spends so much time broken. I am sooooo disappointed.
I am relieved to report that third failure was due to the regular battery NOT the EV system and that this time the repair is only one business day. I will NOT be initiating a buy back/lemon law for this event if the returned vehicle works because normal batteries fail. It is still ashame that the electrical system completely shuts down, so that you can't even get the car into neutral to be towed, so Chrysler has work to do on future iterations, but I am less disappointed and not ready to give up on it anymore
