As I read these reviews, I am unsure if they have changed greatly in the year or two since someone reviewed for them, but I had a wonderful experience with my used car. It was not CPO as it was not a BMW brand car, but still looked impeccable and I love it. If you guys go with this dealer work with Zaeed (Zack) because he was a great salesman personable and gave me the price before I drove there which was wonderful. I purchased a GMC Yukon paid cash basicly was a fraud sale.. was promised a safe truck that had been gone over throughly by the dealers shop!! I told the sleezy sales person I was going to tow a camper with the truck! About a month after I bought the truck, I hook up my camper and the truck drops to the ground Zero Shocks on the truck then a couple days later the gas tank falls off the metal strap holding the tank was rusted out... $2500 later I can leave on my trip and not even so much as a sorry!!!

The car I purchased was in good condition and low mileage. after purchasing the vehicle I got home and realized I didn’t have all my documents including title information. I contacted my salesman Sam who basically blew me off. I also informed him of a problem with my exhaust. I then called back the next day and spoke with Maggie who was in charge of titles, Maggie told me she would contact back within a few minutes of our call with an answer for me. No response, I called back the next day and was informed she was off work for the next couple of days. Two days later I called back and was disconnected several times. I was able to talk to the service manager Don who promised that he would he do what it took to take care of me. He researched the problems and agreed that they had made several mistakes with the documents. No response back to me.. I then contacted the General Manager Perry who was able to get me the title after another week. Perry also said that he would send me a check for $200 to fix the exhaust on the vehicle. It’s been over 10 days since he (sent the check) and I still don’t have it. I called yesterday and spoke with Eric, was told Perry was with a customer and that he would call me back. I haven’t heard back from him as of this time. I would not recommend doing business with this company, service after the sale is terrible.
