I currently drive a 2018 Volvo XC 90 Inscription model. I can afford the car in question. When I called Audra out on her behavior and asked to speak to someone else she looked shocked. I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! I did lease an ID-4 VW. Jim was able to understand some concerns I had, and we came to a good middle point for the deal. Mary was very polite and kind during the wrap-up paperwork. The service guys have some room to improve their attention to the details, I know they could do a good job and be customer-oriented, just acting as if they were doing the service for themselves. The VW ID-4 PRO S is a great stylish Vehicle, and the best quality VW ever did. A beautiful EV with nice material on the seats, dash, instrument cluster. It is a step up compared with Tesla Model 3 and Y. The ID-4 is still behind on Tesla self-driving, although the anticollision adds safety as you drive using its function, mainly as you turning into an experienced driver.

Everything was exactly as expected and described. No haggling and I never felt like I was being messed it. It was an easy car buying experience. My only complaint is that in this time of covid, there were signs on the doors saying masks were necessary and over 1/2 the staff did not wear them and I heard one salesman tell his customers, "You don't have to wear that thing if you don't want to". We did 99% of our transaction outside on some tables so we made it work but had those tables not been there we would not have stayed.

Since this deal was actually for my brother who lives in SF, I was the proxy facilitating this deal. Helen (and Zach was able to work his magic with using MSDs) were pretty adept at keeping all of us in the loop. And especially for Helen to come in and spend her day off working on this deal with me and my brother. Since the CA DMV paperwork needs physical signatures, FedEx was involved to get signatures for these documents.
