2014 Acura RLX
I purchased the Acura RLX in 2019 with 59,000 miles. I had the car 2 weeks and the car started to veer to the right when I was driving straight. The Acura Dealership stated it was the rear actuators. The car was repaired under the warranty. Now the car is doing the same thing. I had it diagnosed and it was the rear actuators which is a safety issue. The vehicle turnt sideways while I was … driving and another car almost hit me from the side. The Acura dealership stated I would be responsible for the repair because they only warrant the repair for 12 months. I researched the vehicle and it previously had a recall on the steering suspension. I made a complaint with Acura client relations and the case manager was supposed to be following up with me, but it has been a month and she refuses to answer my calls. Leaving messages with other representatives stating she’s unable to speak with me today. This particular vehicle is a safety hazard to drive. I am thankful I have another car, but in the meantime I am paying for a vehicle that could cause serious injury to myself or someone else. I refuse to drive this vehicle to injure myself and someone else. I hope the Acura Dealership recall this issue because this is a serious issue with this vehicle. At any given time the car can veer another direction.
