(A 2018 Pilot EX).The salesman (Damion) assured us that the Internet price was accurate and the car was as described. We took the test drive, accompanied by a different salesman (Alfredo). During the test drive he asked if we were aware of the dealer installed option package on this car. We were not. We decided not to purchase the car because of the excessive cost of the dealer installed options that were apparently not negotiable or removable. We felt like we had been misled by the first salesman’s telephone representation and decided against buying the vehicle because it added almost $2000 to the price.
