They are not prepared for their appointments. Had appointment at 10 am got there a little before called when they opened asked for who I was told to and was told it's his day off. They had no idea what I was there for. Then wanted us to come in and sign in and then they would try to get someone to help. I asked for them to come out and was told they couldn't because coming in was their protocol. We drove a hour to get there and left without ever seeing the vehicle. Never going back.

I purchased a vehicle from them 9-27-2021. The car looked nice; I drove it around the block; it sounded nice but I noticed the controller for the outside mirrors weren't working; they told me to come back and they would repair that which they did but the left drive side mirror is still not stable and they refused to repair it. The radio was of poor quality and they promised they would fix it; I took the vehicle back; they claimed they fixed it but it still has a whole lot of static and half the time you can't get a good station; the blower for the fan works when it feels like it; they didn't repair that but wanted to charge me 699.99 for them to repair it. Kenny tried to indicate that the blower was working properly when I bought it which it was but how could the blower be broken in less than two months on this vehicle. The salesman Kenny (older guy because I've been told that both of their names is Kenny) is very rude and disrespectful. When the 30 day warranty was expiring I called and spoke to Kenny to let him know that I had death in my family and I wouldn't be able to make it back to the lot so that they could fix my radio and Kenny (older guy) stated that I didn't need to worry about it; that he would fix it as promised but that turned out to be a lie because that never happened. The car had 103,000 miles on it when I purchased it in September and as of today it has 106,000. I don't drive out of town so how could that be when I drive local. Something is wrong with the odometer obviously. I feel that I was treated badly because I'm a female and they act like they really don't care about their customers; only the money that they cheat people out of. I believe that this car is a lemon and the inspection done to this car was not legal. I would recommend that whoever is in need of purchasing vehicle that you don't consider Glen Burnie Auto Exchange because they're extremely dishonest people. As of today, I have no radio at all; I guess they really did put a junk yard radio in my car; heater fan blows when it feels like it; traction control light keeps coming on; message saying engine losing power and service stabilitrak message keeps coming on also; I've been sold a lemon

I was excited to buy my teen daughter her first car. I carefully chose a used 2012 Kia optima that was listed for $8995. Decide to test drive and agreed to move forward with purchase. After 2 hours of negotiation with banks due to being an older vehicle, financing was not as easy but finally got an approval. I was presented with payment amount and term then asked to sign in agreement. Finally made it over to finance department where I was in the middle of signing paperwork when I realized how close I was to signing an extended warranty I never agreed to that would cost me an additional 2k!!! I stopped her and asked why that was added if I never agreed to any add-ons! She replied “ it’s not going to cost you anything extra, you’re payment will stay the same!!” I said, No I don’t want it so she snatched the paper and began printing a new bill of sale when I looked at it I realized the car price was $10,995. I stopped her again and asked her why that amount? She then got the car salesman to come and attempt to explain that it was a “added bank fee” I said that doesn’t make sense to me and I’m starting to not feel good about this.. I need the bank phone number to clarify this information! That’s when everything went completely crazy! The finance lady lost it and was extremely rude to me!! I felt like I was going to explode as I’m trying to explain my concern and they are refusing to give me a phone number to call.. they were talking over me and turned into a complete disaster.. I just grabbed my purse and left as tears just started to drop.. worst experience ever!!!
