We just bought a 2025 Crown Signia and we love almost everything about it. However, we decided that the patch kit they have instead of a spare tire left us feeling nervous to make longer trips. So we ordered a donut-type spare tire through the Toyota dealer. They went to install it today and the storage area for the spare, is not deep enough to close the floor to the flat position after … installation. We did some research and found that this is an issue others have reported. I checked the spare tire that Modernspare.com has hoping it might fit. I have a hard time believing that such a nicely designed car by Toyota would have a storage place for a spare, but did not design it to actually fit in the space properly. Even the service folks at the dealership were surprised. Very disappointing! They offered to just send it back, however, that would leave us with a little patch kit that would not help if a tire got shredded.
