Fantastic Vehicle
If you are giving bad reviews to this car I suspect that you drive an SUV or pickup truck. The Saturn Sky Redline is the most trouble free car I have ever driven in my lifetime. More fun to drive than my Corvette and way less issues than my XLR. Better handling and way better performance that my various Celicas. I have also driven numerous rental cars that are nowhere as fun to drive. For about $3500.00 you can turn the LNF engine into a 440HP monster. Nothing and I mean NOTHING comes close to having the performance, handling and looks for the price.
Most fun you can have on 4 wheels for 10 grand
First of all this should never be your primary means of transport. This is strictly a toy. If you want to rationalize anything other than that, then I'm sorry, but you're kidding yourself. That said, if you want a toy, I doubt you will have more fun or get more attention than buying a Saturn Sky Redline. They definitely have their quirks, but if bought for the right price, with the right mods... you have a mature males dream car. The best description I ever heard of the car is that it's "sex on wheels". Call it what you will..it's a mini corvette that will "run with anything". I have a saying "my car is made for the twists, but if all you can do is go straight...I'll run with you!!". Absolutely just a great time. I've had Porsches and Shelby's give me the thumbs up. I'm not a racer, but "on the strip" or "on the highway"...it's easy to have fun and be respected. Get the car... order a "Pro-Beam" to fix the suspension and get the "Trifecta budget Tune" and you'll be 19 forever...just be responsible while you're having fun.

Love this car
I love driving this car. I got a comment today from another driver that pulled up next to me. He said, what is that thing. He couldn't take his eyes off of it. Mine is a bright yellow which is a real eye catcher. A design flaw is that not enough tolerance was designed between the engine hood and the open driver's door. If you shut the hood with the door open, that will hit and chip off the paint.
True 1 of a kind classic exterior!!
A head-turner anywhere you go.. it is easily one of the nicest convertibles anywhere till this date. The engine is gas efficient and it is pretty fast for an automatic.. I mean how fast do you really want to go in a car this small. I love how the manual convertible top as it ensures nothing will go wrong with it. The handling is amazing I love taking turns in this car.. the RWD does its job. The maintenance is cheap as its basically a Chevrolet. I am a proud Owner and I will most likely never sell it as it will be worth more than what I purchased it for in the future.

Excellent Buy
Just got the car this month and so far no problems and it is a blast to drive. I got the red line edition because the power was lacking in the base model. The car will throw you back in your seat when to tromp on the gas. I got the automatic transmission and it shifts smooth. I opted for the midnight blue with tan top & interior, which gave the interior a nice two-tone color. The car is stylin' with no complaints there. I would say with the top up visibility is diminished quite a bit but the cabin is quite guiet. The only complaint I can think of is the leg room for taller passengers in the passenger seat. Also another complaint is the lack of storage in the cabin. Great car for the money.
