Wireless charger problem

2023 Porsche Panamera GTS 4dr Sedan AWD (4.0L 8cyl Turbo 8AM)

The wireless charger is faulty, two problems: 1- you should remove the move cover in order to charge! 2- the mobile overheated and shut down after 20 minutes charging.. didn’t expect this from Porsche..
