Terrible roadside assistance

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV GT 4dr SUV AWD (2.4L 4cyl gas/electric plug-in hybrid DD)
I own a 2022 Outlander PHEV. I had a disaster with the roadside assistance today. They took 4+ hours to appear for a jump start. The battery had died from a software "glitch, and the vehicle would not operate despite being fully charged." Mitsubishi may not care. There is a reason that they sell poorly.
