It's a expensive car to repair! The older ones that is! But the car is a hoot to drive/own and I recommend that if you have a little money, I would buy one of these cars! Best investment I have made!

Ride is somewhat harsh which is normal with this era of S class MB's Handling enhanced with the addition of AMG 18" Alloy wheels with low profile rubber Door glass doesnt seal correctly when closing doors with windows up unless you push on glass.

These cars drive like a cloud on the highway great for long cruises very comfortable almost like sitting in an easy chair with full position controls. Ample power with the 560 engine and great handling for a car this size, very quiet and smooth ride probably better than the new ones made in North America

This is the Best car on the face of the earth. It is built like a tank, and is made to last a lifetime. The German quality and craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of this car. I absolutely love this vehicle and praise the german minds that invented it. The only cars that can probably come close to the Mercedes are the BMW 7 series, and the lexus, (BMW being closer). Mercedes Benz is without a doubt THE safest car ruling the world. It is built to endure any crash at any speed, and still preserve its integrity. I love Mercedes and would like to tell lexus to start making their OWN cars and stop copying Mercedes.

A car that you can't give up after 156,000 miles is really a winner. It is a dream on the highway, for long cruises. It did take getting used to as it takes more arm strength to manuever than an American car, but once you get used to it, it is wonderful. The heated seats have you warm in one block. The radio, heat, A/C, reliability are great. In minor bumps, it rarely dents. It retains it's new car look permanently. After 156,000, the interior still seems new.
