It has been there for 2 months and I just heard it will be at least another 6 months before Mercedes can manufacture the part. They won't even allow us to take the van as it is an emmissions problem. This is the 3rd time for the same issue and each time it has taken at least 2 months to get … repaired because, apparently, they have so many issues with this problem they can't keep up. Even pre covid it was the same thing so that's not the issue. I've appled to have the van bought back under our state lemon law and been rejected each time with no explanation. There are no loaners, no compensation no nothing for having our $70,000 vehicle spend half it's life in 'Mercedes Jail". Avoid this piece-o like the plague and avoid Mercedes as well. if they won't take care of a repeat commercial customer who are they going to take care of? Bad vehicle, BAD COMPANY! Say away. If I could give it zero stars I would.
