Sales Associate Mike Jackson did a great job from beginning to end. He treated us well and felt very trustworthy. Any time I brought up a concern about the vehicle we were looking at, he took those concerns seriously and did his own research to give us the answers we needed. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase. I didn't peruse much of the rest of the dealership so I can't speak on the overall experience of Mercedes-Benz at Fort Washington, but it seemed like a great place to do your business. There wasn't much negotiation or bargaining to be had, but I think that was more a product of the current demand for used vehicles in this market and less about Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington being unwilling to meet my demands. I will say that our vehicle was priced below every other listing I found for that year, make, model and miles. If I talked them any lower than what they were asking, I might've felt guilty.
