I have always been truthful with Mercedes for the past 20 years. I had SEL, S, E, and C for my son. As the qaulity of Mercedes is declining rapidly, I finally decided to give a change to Lexus and bought LS430. I was shocked to find out what I had misses for the past few years. This is the best car I have ever driven and I will now be truthful with Lexus. I wonder wehter Mercedes can straighted themselves out in a near future!

Absolutely fabulous car. There are no words to describe how nice this vehicle is. Absolutely the best luxury vehicle on the road. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I traded in my already perfect Lexus LS400. The car drive is the same legendary lexus drive. With the added air suspension, you can change the car to a more sporty BMW feel with the flick of a button.

This vehicle absolutely outpreforms my last S Class Mercedes. Unbelievable, Simply a superior class car. Way above and hands down the LS 430 is a flat superior automobile to the Mercedes S500

My wife and I have owned 9 Mercedes since 1980, and we now have our 3rd Lexus-a 2004 LS430 which is simply the BEST automobile we have ever owned. Having owned over 50 cars since 1951 it is just a delight to see that the automotive world has risen to the heights of comfort, quality, fun and reliability that our beautiful LS430 provides. Our next purchase will be to replace our 2000 Mercedes E430 with a newly designed 2006 Lexus GS430-We are totally sold on being Lexus owners from this time on!

Feel like being pampered? This is your car. It drives beautiflly, silently, and silky. The engine is Lexus smooth- nobody else, not even Mercedes, BMW, Auid, or Infiniti come close! The build quality is perfect! The doors slam with a vault like sound, SOUND SYSTEM! Out of the this world. Spend 1 week in it and you'll wonder why you spend an extra 25k for an S500 or 745iL!

Not much can beat it. I hope Lexus keeps the price in check. It is a great luxury car at the current price but Lexus would loose buyers at higher prices.

THIS IS MY 5 LEXUS. NO BETTER CAR ON THE ROAD. I HAVE DRIVEN A MERCEDES AND IT DOESN'T COMPARE TO MY LEXUS.

This is one car that we have bought that we love everything about. We will keep this car forever. The ride is great and it is fun to drive (but you have to watch your speed!) It is the most comfortable ride and is great on long trips. Lexus has out done themselves on this one. They won't get this car back on a trade...there is no where to go!

Total dedication to pursuit of high reliability (look at jd power ratings- consecutive years of being at the top for quality) and luxury (precision and beauty of wood; leather texture excellent; seats are firm and equal germans; buttons galore; shades; vanity mirrors; oscillating vents) coupled with focus on technical advantages over the germans (low cd;high mpg;ulev;low db;best dvd nav)

THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO SAY THAN INSIDE THIS MAGNIFICNET CAR IS EVERYTHING WHERE I BOUGHT THE RADAR CRUISE CONTROL & NAVIGATOR ETC. THE PERFORMANCE MAKES MERCEDES LESS IMPRESSIVE & THE INTERIOR IS BUILT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BE SPOILED. THIS IS MY FIRST LEXUS.. NEVER GOING BACK TO OTHER LUXURY CARS FROM HERE. 3rd Lexus purchase. The are the most reliable cars I have ever owned! (40 and counting)Service is OUTSTANDING, although it hasn't been back since the 1,000 checkup! The ultra has more for the passenger than the person that pays for it, is the only complaint. ( My kids LOVE IT!)

I've wanted one of these since 1990 and finally was able to purchase one. It's everything and more than I had hoped for and I found out rather quickly that I'll never be able to settle for a lesser car! Seeing sneak pictures of the 2007 LS460 simply proves that the flagship will only get better with each model year!

This auto is one of the best!! Lexus has done a fantastic job in conyinuing their pursuit of perfection! Having owned and driven this car for 9 months I have a keen idea of just how good this car is. Don't do the BMW or Benz until you have driven this car or you will be sorry

This is our third Lexus. I am completely satisfied in every feature of the Lexus LS 430. The styling, quality of workmanship, detail and overall performance is unmatched in any vehicle I have ever driven. The lack of road noise is another great feature. The gas mileage, for such a big vehicle, is outstanding. The great ride is the finest in the industry. We also have a SC 430 which we consider the best in its' class. If, and when, we sell the SC 430, we intend to purchase the RX 430 beacuse of our satisfaction with our other models of Lexus. We would NEVER change from our Lexus habit.

Although we have had the car for only a little over a month, I couldn't be more pleased. The car rides very firmly, it handles well, has more power than you would ever need and is very comfortable and spacious. If I could change one thing it would be the front seats, making them wrap a little more, but they make up for that by being tall enough to make the head rest comfortable and useable. Great car, worth the money and fun to own.

I tested the M-B S500 and the BMW 745L, but when I drove the LS430, there was no choice. I've never driven a car this large that was this much fun. The comfort, safety, luxury tweeks, stereo, and build quality go without saying. If there is a better car-per-dollar on the market I missed it... but I have no regrets.

This car is a joy to get into and drive every time. Hard to believe they could make a vehicle so enjoyable to drive in all conditions and even sitting in traffic is nice because of the great sound system ( I used to be a Hi-Fi dealer) and the filtered air comming into the car.

I absolutely love the car. I chose the Modern package of Navigation, Levinson sound system, reverse camera and 6 disc CD changer with XM satellitle radio as an option. The Premium package with front climate controled seats, rear heated seats, and intuitive parking assist. The e European Sport package with euro-tuned suspension, P245/ 45R18 tires, 18" x 7.5 JJ alloy wheels, and full size spare tire. And finally the Smart Key feature. The car looks, feels and rides incredible. I think I made a great decision in both dollars and reliability choosing this over the S430 Mercedes.

This is my fourth LS 430 (previously LS 400) I have owned BMW, Mercedes, and Infiniti and have driven the Jaguar equivalent sedans and the 430 clearly overall outperforms and out rides them all.

The LS 430 has so many great "toys", it's almost embarrassing! But who cares? I love it and, as a LS400 previous owner, know the redesigned LS430 is as if they read my mind when improvements commenced. No other luxury car drives better and offers more than does this Lexus,period.

an excellent car-gas mileage at very high speeds is unusual-26 plus.With 18 inch wheels, the car will run with a five series BMW with a v-8.

Drove car at 120+mph for a time while going through Montana and although it hugged the road in a straight line beautifully the front end seemed to loosen in the corners. Needs to be tightened up a bit to give the driver a better sense of grip to the road.

In all my years of driving (I'm a senior citizen) I NEVER thought that I would find a car that would make me happier than my BMW's-----I was wrong. I traded in my '98 740IL for my new Lexus with trepidation. I loved my old BMW---but, finding the new I-drives less than user friendly, I drove the new Lexus LS430 sedan. One look/drive and I was SOLD. My one and ONLY complaint was that I had to wait almost 4 months for delivery---My fault for getting the car of my dreams exactly how I wanted it! Great dealership too!

this is my ninth lexus there isnt a better car out there I currently have a 2004 is 300 2004 ls430 and 2004 gx470 I owned a mercedes in 2003 my first one and never again they dont even come close to lexus quality and lexus service

I've orned BMW's and Mercedes and now that Lexus has a luxury vehicle that has a sports suspension, the day when I would buy a European car is over. I was so tired of visiting the service department with my last BMW (25 times in as many months) and the crappy service I also get at my local Mercedes dealer, it was time to try out a Lexus. I am glad I did! Imagine - Nav, Bluetooth, stereo and other electronics actually working! AWesome interior and fit and finish. I actually look forward to driving again. This is a great car, period.

Because of a decline in Mercedes quality I traded my trouble proned E class for a new Lexus LS 430. It's a fantastic car! Only car I've purchased in 35 years that had zero defects. Two months later , still zero. Love it.

The best highway cruiser I've ever owned. A delite on the U.S, interstate systems.If you're looking to take highway off ramps at 50 mph or low gas consumption this is not the vehicle for you. Pure comfort and reliablity along with the most indulgent service ethics you could wish. My second Lexus. I shopped for the best price but not for another manufacturer.

This is the smoothest, quietest and most enjoyable car I have ever driven. The quality shines through everywhere and the Lexus engineers thought of everything. The only change I would make is to increase engine power a little above 4000 rpm. A 400 hp LS500 would be a nice option!

My first consideration is performance and maintenance reliability, it is very strong in this area. Riding comfort is excellent, it is quiet and comfortable. The car is beautiful and subtle. The features on the car are practical and convenient. And one other thing the car "gets out and moves". I am 67 years old and it is without a doubt the finest car I have owned.

The best car I have ever owned including Cadillacs, Lincolns and even a Rolls Royce. It is fun to drive and the engineering is impressive. There is power when you need it and even massaging back seats. The radar assisted cruise control takes the drugery out of long trips. It automatically slows you down or speeds you up depending on traffic. You can almost "set it and forget it."
