Powertrain warranty

2022 Honda Pilot EX-L 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 9A)
Is the oil pressure switch covered under the powertrain warranty? 39K miles already had to pay for transmission fluid flush at 30K miles because it was kicking at low speed (not covered), now Emission System Problem, engine light on, dealer diagnosed a bad oil pressure switch but WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY.
UPDATE 08/25/2022
1 day after the dealer charged me to … replace the oil pressure sensor, Emission System Problem showed up again, and now also Transmission System Problem is showing up, car started kicking up at 30MPH and panel flickering.
