2025 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid 4dr Sedan (2.0L 4cyl gas/electric hybrid EVT)
I have only had my '25 Civic Sport Hybrid car a few weeks, but I am frustrated and would love to get rid of it.
I did a recent highway drive and for 3h it was on cruise control, 3x during that time the car interpreted a passing vehicle was in my lane and started the Collision Mitigation Braking protocol.
So I am cursing at highway speeds and suddenly the car jams on its brakes - … fortunately no one was behind and I wasn't rear ended, but how many more times will I get luck with this?
I took it in to the dealer to have the sensors adjusted, and the mechanics told me to get used to this. Their cars do the same thing!!!
Enjoy, it is unsafe and we don't care!!!
I cannot wait to find out what other features on this brand new car they did not bother to work out before bringing the car to market.
I could never recommend a Honda.
