Be Aware!!! Do Not Buy!!
I bought a new 2024 2500HD AT4 on 11/15/23 - loved the truck except for the puddle of coolant it left on my garage floor. Took it to the local dealer who replaced the oil cooler - once home i discovered it was still leaking from the same place. Took it back to the dealer who had to order another oil cooler back on 12/14. I have been waiting since then with no estimated time of when the part will arrive. I have been without a vehicle for 53 days now and GM Customer Service keeps giving me the runaround. To say the least I am disappointed in the truck but extremely disappointed with GM and in the manner in which this has been handled.

2024 GMC Denali Ultimate
I purchased and still have a 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate that I have had nothing but issues with since the second week of purchasing new. The truck left me and my family stranded in Walsenburg Colorado with only 1,253 miles on it. We called On Star to have a wrecker take it to the dealer. On Star wouldn’t send a wrecker because we had a 22’ utility trailer so we where out a wrecker bill. I called Ferguson GMC where I purchased the vehicle from and left multiple messages for my salesman and the GM to see what my options were. I never received a call or text from either. One week after the day it broke down I did get a call back from the service manager MIKE GENOVESE . Mike informed me there was nothing they could do since it was already at another dealership. The truck was taken to Wilcoxson GMC in Pueblo Colorado where it sat for 6 weeks getting a new DPF filter and Pressure Differential Sensor. GM has still been unwilling to compensate for the 6 weeks of being with our primary vehicle used for work. We literally had to purchase another New GMC from Wilcoxson to get home as there where no loaner vehicles available. When our 2024 GMC showed up at our house through GM reunite program it had 680 miles more than when it was delivered to the dealership and there was no diesel or def fluid in the truck. We finally got a reimbursement check for the hotel room we had to get for 2 nights waiting for the dealership to open. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from General Motors as they don’t stand behind anything. I have spent over 40 hours trying to get a fair compensation or Buy Back from GM and have yet to get anywhere with them. I was told they would Repurchase it and was told to get in contact with MIKE GENOVESE the service manager at Ferguson GMC in Norman Oklahoma. I called Mike to schedule a time to bring it in for the Buy Back and he didn’t know anything about it. So I called Shaun Gusumano back and he assured me Mike was brought up to speed and would be handling it. Once again I called Mike and still isn’t aware. If you are having any issues with getting ahold of GM please let Shaun know as he is not taking care of my issues. [contact info removed]

disappointed
Totally disappointed with the truck, has been back to the dealer 3 times in the 6 months that I have had it. Don't spend the money isn't worth it, bad fuel mileage, GPS and Satellite radio lose signal all the time, the transmission doesn't shift correctly. Had my previous Denali for 8 years no problems, the new one is disappointing! They have corrected most of the issues, but still have on and off problems, for an Ultimate Denali it is a disappointment!

Good looking Beast
Still new but love the technology and the ride. I will report more after I have more miles driving it. It is not my daily driver so after 6 months I have only 1100 miles on it. So far so good it drives great, loads of acceleration, comfortable what else could you want. It’s big so naturally it is cumbersome to park but the cameras make that manageable. The only knock other than too much plastic in the interior is with the big tow mirrors there is a blind spot when looking to the right towards the roof pillar. That’s because the tow mirror is right behind it and that blocks your view. It is not unworkable but a minor annoyance just the same. After a year of owning it still only an occasional driver with a little over 3000 miles on it. I took a camping trip and it pulled my 25 ft camper with ease. It really shines when towing and you have an appreciation of the trucks size and power. So far the only negative was on that trip my HUD quit working. A minor annoyance and when I take it in for service I will have it fixed. Well as it turned out the HUD didn’t fail I apparently didn’t realize I accidentally turned the HUD position too far down and didn’t know how to turn it back up. So basically operator error. I still have a little over 7 thousand miles on it and have taken it camping a few times and it pulls my camper with ease. Bottom line is it is a great truck. Over two years old and almost 9k miles without any problems and the thing I love the most about this truck is the power. Man this truck is big but if you mash the gas it will fly. I am a little embarrassed to say the HUD issue I posted in the review turned out to be operator error. Somehow I must have bumped the button that positions the HUD display up and down and turned it all the way down making it disappear from the windshield. Anyway it was working all along so moving right along and like I mentioned before it is not my daily driver. I have a little over 6k on it and zero problems. It drives and rides like a dream.

2024 GMC 2500 Denali Ultimate in my opinion AVOID
In my opinion, I would steer clear of this truck. I purchased a 2024 GMC 2500 Denali Ultimate in April 2023, and it's been nothing but trouble since. The truck has spent over 90 days in the shop, yet they still haven't managed to resolve all the issues. One major problem is that it consistently fails to start after being parked in the driveway for more than nine days—regardless of the weather conditions. For instance, it died on a 30-degree day after just three days of sitting idle, and within nine days when temperatures were above 40 degrees. On top of that, there are numerous electrical glitches. Even the supposedly fantastic feature of the kicker radio is problematic—it remains connected to your phone when the truck is turned off, and the only way to shut it down is by disconnecting Bluetooth from the truck. Furthermore, the traction control is highly unreliable, and the trailer brake control loses functionality while towing, making it incredibly dangerous. What's the point of boasting about towing capacity when the vehicle becomes a rolling deathtrap with no brakes? #buyford #GMC #AngryDenaliOwner
