They have better torque and get the Mustang off the line, but the Coyote 5.0 is stronger at the high end in the high revs, so I always caught and passed them both soon afterwards. I feel the Camaro is still slightly … better in the twisties on the track but that's it. As a daily driver, it's great. I've driven both Camaros and Challengers as well but the Mustang is the perfect balance. The visibility in the Camaro is horrible and takes getting used to. I was OK with this, but some people might feel a little cramped. The Challenger is very roomy, but it is big and difficult to park in tight spots. I love my Mustang and plan to keep it until it drops or I do. No one buys this type of car for fuel efficiency, but it actually is pretty good for what it is if you are driving a steady and reasonable speed on a highway. The front seats are very comfortable. As for the back seats, well, don't put friends back there if you value your friendships. It puts a smile on my face every time I start it up!
